Sessions are individualized and collaborative. Time is spent understanding what you are experiencing, what you would like to change, and what may be holding you back. Depending on your needs, sessions may include coaching conversations, hypnosis, stress management techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), guided imagery, meditation, or other complementary approaches that work together to support personal growth, emotional balance, and healthy relationships.

Services are offered in person as well as remotely by phone or online. This allows flexibility while maintaining the same level of personalized attention, support for stress management, and care for emotional well-being.

The number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Some people experience noticeable shifts in a short period of time, while others benefit from ongoing support. Each process is tailored to your goals, pace, and readiness for change, supporting stress management, personal growth, and healthy relationship patterns.

Hypnosis is used to access the subconscious mind, where many habits, beliefs, emotional responses, and physical stress patterns are formed. It may be applied to stress management, fears, pain, sleep difficulties, weight-related challenges, emotional patterns, and relationship dynamics. The focus is always on creating positive change that supports your overall well-being, emotional balance, and personal growth.

EFT involves gentle acupressure techniques applied to specific meridian points to help balance the body’s energy system. It may be used to reduce stress, emotional tension, and unresolved experiences, address habits or fears, and support relief from physical or emotional discomfort. EFT can be used on its own or alongside hypnosis and coaching to promote emotional balance and personal growth.

Relationship coaching supports individuals navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, conflict, separation, and recovery from painful relationship experiences. This may include working through patterns such as abandonment, loss of trust, or emotionally harmful dynamics, with the goal of restoring clarity, self-worth, emotional balance, and healthier ways of relating. Sessions may also integrate hypnosis or stress management techniques to support deeper, lasting change.

Spiritual services may include meditation, contemplation, intuitive exploration, and past life regression. Past life regression uses hypnosis as a way to explore subconscious memories or symbolic experiences that may hold meaning for the present life. This work is approached as a personal and spiritual exploration that can support stress management, emotional balance, and personal growth, rather than a factual or religious claim.
